01 / Agreement

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Jotium, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services.

Note: Our Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these terms. Please review it carefully to understand how your data is processed.

02 / Identity

Accounts & Eligibility

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to use Jotium. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

03 / The AI Clause

AI, Hallucinations & Memory

Jotium uses advanced generative AI models. You acknowledge and agree that:

No Guarantee of Accuracy: AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, or "hallucinated". Verify all critical information.
Memory Evolution: Our agent extracts facts and creates a Knowledge Graph to personalize service. You can edit/delete these in settings.
Autonomous Action: When tools are enabled, the agent may perform actions on your behalf (e.g., sending emails). You are responsible for these actions.

04 / Property

Ownership & Content

Your Content

You retain all rights to the prompts you enter and the content you upload. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to operate and improve the AI service.

Our Content

Jotium’s code, design, logos, and the AI architecture are the intellectual property of Jotium Labs Inc. You may not reverse engineer or scrape our services.

Billing & Subscriptions

Premium Subscriptions

Features like Advanced Memory, Multi-modal processing, and Unlimited Integrations require a paid subscription. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

Prices are subject to change with notice. Subscription renewal is automatic unless cancelled via Account Settings.

Disclaimers & Liability

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOTIUM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not warrant that the results obtained from the service will be accurate or reliable.
